Education & Continuous Education

Traditional education (A.K.A. a University degree) is not anymore the only way to get a fancy job in the corporate world and, depending on the country or job market you are located at, it isn't even a safe guarantee of getting any job at all (not to mention a good job). New skills are in demand, and those who move fast to get the right skills will have more chances of succeding at their roles.
